19/ HEALTH PROTOCOL FOR ALL MUTATIONS OF THE "VIRUS". CHECKMATE.

This article is not written from the perspective of a doctor, healthcare worker, or expert but from the perspective of a bartender who, albeit with pandemic interruptions, meets strangers daily without restrictions. It's true, I was born in 1987, am middle-aged, and not in a high-risk group. My body still regenerates relatively well, but my lifestyle is far from exemplary (I don’t exercise, and I drink a considerable amount of beer daily). Some of the things I mention here, I don’t even follow myself. :D

Over the last two years, I’ve been sick five times. Three were mild colds (recovery within three days), one was a more severe cold (recovery in 14 days), and one was a moderate flu (two days of fever, muscle pain, followed by three days of mild recovery). Of these five illnesses, three occurred this season (fall/winter), likely because my young son started attending preschool for the first time this year.

I’m neither vaccinated nor tested, and I don’t know whether I’ve had COVID or not. The key point is that I’m still here, as are my loved ones. For every illness I encounter, I use simple methods and have always managed to recover without antibiotics within a few days. I’d like to share what I consider to be an effective treatment approach.

PREVENTION

To maintain health, I consider two key factors crucial:

  1. Acidity of the body
  2. Energy levels in the body

Our bodies are remarkable and capable of self-regeneration, provided they have enough energy and a favorable environment. A healthy blood pH ranges between approximately 7.3 and 7.4. Any deviation from this range is undesirable. The body must immediately correct imbalances, requiring energy to do so. Without sufficient energy, acidic areas begin to form in the body, leading to inflammation and cell death. Prolonged acidity can result in the development of cancer cells.

HYGIENE

Acidity occurs daily due to diet and environmental factors (e.g., air pollution reacting with the skin). Thus, daily hygiene is essential. Avoid stressing the body with additional acids; use hygiene products sparingly and focus on balancing the skin's pH to reduce strain on the body. Use more water and less chemistry in your hygiene routine.

HYDRATION AND SALINE SOLUTION

I won’t tell you to become a vegan or vegetarian—it’s likely counterproductive (diet should be varied and balanced). However, I strongly recommend increasing your daily water intake. About 70% of the body consists of water. While 2 liters per day is commonly advised, I suggest drinking 3-4 liters of pure, non-carbonated water daily, provided your kidneys are healthy.

Forget about tea, sugary drinks, mineral water, or BEER :D—just clean water (filtered, if possible). Don’t worry about minerals; your diet provides sufficient amounts. Water serves as a medium for energy distribution and body detoxification.

If plain water is unappealing, add ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Recipe: dissolve half a teaspoon of ascorbic acid in half a liter of water. Vitamin C is vital for a robust immune system and is most effective when paired with fruit. Overdosing is impossible—excess vitamin C is simply excreted.

I also recommend drinking a saline solution once daily: dissolve half a teaspoon of table salt in 300 ml of water. Don’t drink the last sip to avoid impurities. Saline solution replenishes energy, acting like a battery charger for the body.

EARLY ACIDITY NEUTRALIZATION

After consuming heavy or processed foods or alcohol, use acidity regulators like baking soda. I’ve adopted the habit of drinking a baking soda solution after meals or drinks: dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in 300 ml of water. It’s significantly improved my digestion.

REST

Adequate sleep and balanced daily activity are essential for immune system function. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep daily and consider a 2-hour siesta if possible. Avoid overexertion, as it drains your body’s energy reserves. Overloading your system makes you more vulnerable to illnesses.

TREATMENT

When symptoms like congestion, a sore throat, or weakness appear, act immediately. Don’t underestimate the situation—you never know which pathogens are spreading in your body.

  1. Fasting
At the onset of symptoms, fast for the first two days to reduce the burden on your digestive system and deprive microorganisms of nutrition. Afterward, stick to a strict diet: light foods (vegetables, fruits, soups) while avoiding sugar, coffee, BEER, and acidic foods.

  2. Colloidal Silver
Respiratory illnesses often begin in the nasopharynx. I recommend colloidal silver as a natural, non-toxic disinfectant. It’s effective against all types of pathogens.

  3. Rehabilitation
Use saline solutions and hydration to aid recovery. For fever, use paracetamol. Support detoxification with baking soda and activated charcoal (available in pharmacies).

CONCLUSION

Unity and discipline are crucial in these challenging times. Stay human, support one another, and don’t let fear divide us. Effective treatments exist for every respiratory illness. Let’s face this together with courage, resourcefulness, and determination, delivering a decisive checkmate to corporations in their last game.

Please share this message widely to prepare for the challenging times ahead.
